Ross comes to Tandragee with 25+ years experience in the catering business and is passionate in doing his very best. Throughout his career, Ross has progressed from Chef, to Head Chef and then Executive Chef working in a number of highly respected establishments including; Ashbourne Hotel, Canal Court Hotel and Bannville House Hotel.
