Chef Gary Gamble from BarBistro 19 at Tandragee Golf Club, pictured at the launch of the ‘Italian Weekend’ due to take place on 18th-19th March.

Gary has crafted a fabulous 6 course Italian culinary extravaganza available that weekend in the club restaurant for £20 per person!

Garlic scented Ciabatta topped with Tomato and Basil, Mozzarella, served with dressed rocket leaves


Afettato misto (Abbruzzo)

Finely sliced Italian meats, fresh figs, truffle oil, goats cheese and sunblushed tomato bread


Tortellini Bergamesca (Lombardia)

Pasta Parcels filled with chopped beef and ham, light creamy garlic and gorgonzola sauce, served with red onion Foccacia


Saltimbocca Romana, Fagiolini, Pattate Rosmarina Aglio (Lazio)

Escalopes of pork, layered with sage and bacon, topped with cheese, marsala wine sauce, served with Garlic and Rosemary potatoes and 5 bean Ragout


Cassata Napolitana (Campania)

Italian classic, 3 layers of home-made ice cream, chocolate, strawberry, and tutti frutti, with Raspberry coulis and chocolate curls


Torta Santa Honore (Piemonte)

Named after the patron saint of bakers, this delight combines choux pastry and puff pastry, chocolate cream, look… never mind, just order it!!!!
